Jordan McDonough is the Founder and Head Trainer of JMAC Strong Personal Training and a dedicated strength coach with a lifelong passion for athletics and helping others reach their potential. A graduate of St. Xavier High School, Jordan was a four-year varsity baseball letterman before continuing his collegiate baseball career at The Ohio State University and later graduating from Virginia Wesleyan University.
Since becoming a personal trainer in 2019, Jordan has worked with clients of all backgrounds, from everyday individuals to high-level and elite athletes. He holds his CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist), is a Certified Speed and Agility Coach, Certified Sports Nutrition Coach, and has earned a John Parrillo Performance Certification.
In April 2024, Jordan founded JMAC Strong Personal Training, a private training facility in West Chester, Ohio, built on individualized coaching, evidence-based programming, and measurable results. He has successfully trained multiple athletes to compete at the collegiate level, including his brother Tyler McDonough, a professional baseball player with the Boston Red Sox.
As an athlete himself, Jordan has competed in three powerlifting meets, posting personal bests of a 535 lb squat, 330 lb bench press, and 545 lb deadlift. Whether the goal is improved performance, increased strength, or a complete lifestyle transformation, Jordan brings a disciplined, no-nonsense approach to every client he coaches.
